I’ve been developing on the Polygon Amoy testnet recently and needed some test tokens, so I did a bit of research and tested a few faucets. Sharing the results here in case it helps others.
1. Stakepool Faucet
https://faucet.stakepool.dev.br/amoy
- Claim 1 POL every 24 hours
- Only works if your wallet balance is below 1 POL
- Tip: you can send your existing POL to another address first, then claim again
2. Official Polygon Faucet
https://faucet.polygon.technology
- Claim 0.1 POL every 24 hours
- Requires linking a Twitter (X) account
Both faucets work without needing any mainnet ETH, which is really convenient when you just want to get started quickly on Amoy.
